BlockSafe, which is the world’s first wallet restoration and guarantee service launched by CoinUs last December, will terminate on Monday, September 26, 2022.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for using BlockSafe.
- Date of announcement on the termination of service: Friday, July 29, 2022, 18:00 (KST)

- Announcement on the Company’s website
- CoinUs App Push notification
- Other means of notifications through the Users’ personal information collected to notify the Users of material changes to the services
- Cessation of new subscriptions: Monday, August 1, 2022, 10;00 (KST)
- (New Users may subscribe to BlockSafe until Sunday, July 31, 2022)
- However, please note that BlockSafe provides wallet restoration for a period of one month from the date of payment. BlockSafe service will terminate on September 26, 2022, accordingly, you will not be able to access the wallet restoration function after September 26, 2022.
- End of service date: Monday, September 26, 2022, 10:00 (KST)
(The service will be available until September 25, 2022)
- Provision of service pursuant to the termination of the service:
- You will be unable to restore you wallet after the service termination date
- You will not be able to make any payments one (1) month prior to the service termination date
* If you have subscribed to an automatic payment product, you must withdraw your subscription at least one (1) month prior to the service termination date.
* If payments are made during the last month before the termination of the service due to in-app updates or other issues, we may initiate our refund procedures.
* If you would like to terminate the BlockSafe service immediately after your receipt of this notification, please let us know of your intent to withdraw your subscription promptly through email, etc. We may refund any amounts in proportion to the remaining period of use.
- Notice of service termination:
- CoinUs is a decentralized wallet service which does not have any authority to access customer’s wallet and assets.
- Upon the termination of the BlockSafe service, CoinUs will not be able to help you if you lose any of your information that is necessary to access the CoinUs services. This includes your mobile phone number, password, or mnemonic.
- Accordingly, please make sure that you write down and secure your personal information, mnemonic, or password in a safe location.

Upon the termination of BlockSafe service, we will destroy all of your personal information safely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If certain personal information must be retained, we will maintain such information safely and destroy them later pursuant to Article 4 of our Privacy Policy (Retention and Use of Personal Information).
